Weirdos are Watching Me Sleep

I slept on a tavern bed and woke up thirsty with tons of people watching!  OK now Im gonna leave and never come back.

Happens every time. Just about the whole village will be in there if it's a small one, and when they're all in one place...

you probably just woke up in the middle of the town meeting. The mead hall doubles as a town hall and all the warriors and most of the adult civilians meet there after dinner and before bed. I've killed enough humans to know their patterns.

Why does that make me think of a dwarf making this:

This is a finely crafted picture in entrails. Tt is in the shape of a square. It has an image of a human and a dwarf, the dwarf is tearing out the entrails the human, the human is screaming.

I think DF players are just death magnets, no matter what we do. 50% of fatal car accidents are caused by extremely attractive DF-playing pedestrians distracting passing drivers. Dwarf Fortress attracts us all because we're all "getting used to tragedy."
