I just went to sleep an hour earlier last night and everything is fine.
I can't control when I go to sleep very effectively. Just hopping in bed generally equates to tossing and turning and going to sleep at roughly the same time anyway.

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

You know, I think that's why my school district does March Break now, because for teenagers and young children it's a lot harder to get situated to a new sleeping schedule in just 2 days, so give 'em a week that they'd get anyway to get used to it.

(it's Canada, that's why it's not called Spring Break. It ain't spring yet, no matter what the calender might say)

I've never understood people who complain about missing that one hour. I really doubt anyone would ever notice it, if not for the fact that you know it will happen beforehand.

I forgot it was going to happen and I noticed that I got less sleep (my alarm adjusts automatically).

Hnnnooo. Losing an hour from your sleeping schedule or going about the process of shifting it is quite noticeable, forewarning or not. It's anywhere from a sixth to an eighth of a relatively normal sleeping cycle, and that's... significant. Can definitely notice the effect of losing an hour of sleep when something causes it to happen, DST or not, m'self. Which makes not losing an hour of sleep to DST a nice thing. If it were actually impacting my sleeping cycle I wouldn't be quite so blasé about it, heh.

Eh. Last I checked it's notably healthier for you. I've certainly noticed a general improvement to energy levels and whatnot when I'm working with a consistent sleep schedule, and from what I understand that's a pretty universal thing.

Mine's not exactly rigid, either (to my detriment :P), but missing part of a decent rest has a definite effect regardless.

It's not bothering me as much as previous years thanks to not having much of a sleep schedule anyway. But its still annoying, if only because you have to go around resetting all of the clocks.

Whether or not I went to bed an hour early is irrelevant, since I woke up two hours later than normal, and wanted to stay in bed longer.

My stepdad also took away the bottle of Listerine I've been using to treat my inflamed gum. Asshole. He apparently also tried to blame something he did on my sister. Not sure if that was a joke or not, though.

I find myself hating the internet more and more every day. It seems everyone is having more and more problems with their servers, and everything just keeps getting slower and slower, if it works at all. The digital apocalypse is nigh.

The fact that people are pretty much just saying the South Park game is good because it's a South Park game is kind of making me mad. Seriously, it shamelessly copies Paper Mario and then doesn't even make the mechanics as good.

Not from today, but the fact that where I am spring break is the second weak of febuary.

Oh, and there is still snow out now. Infact, it was snowing about an hour ago.
