Two ulcers on the inside of my bottom lip. If I want them to not hurt, I have to act like I'm a three year old having a tantrum and put my bottom lip out far enough to stick christmas ornaments on it.

I've had luck, with chancre sores at least, by double-dosing a daily multi and practically OD'ing on vitamin C for a few days. Usually a case of malnutrition.
