Playing summer now, no unpleasant surprises so far Why do I have to open the mouth... Anyway, nothing TOO bad, and no casualties so far. Now at least we have a challenge

Flooding from the aquifer right into the storage area

At first looked really bad, fortunately it was easily contained and the fortress function was not severely affected, and I'm already emptying the affected area with a pump battery. It will take a while but it will be solved eventually...

EDIT: Also, why are tower-caps growing in dry soil? I thought they only grew on mud... has this been changed in the new version?

As soon as you got some underground earth tile and discovered a cavern you get there towercaps and other caveplants of the cave(s) you discovered so far.

It was, for a month. Four pumps took care of it, and now it is completely restored. Plus, we have infinite water supply. I have been thinking about building a water reactor, but we have no use for it. For now.

Stonesense don't work for me. When I run DF and open it up Stonesense says press F9 to begin and I do and it crashes.

Make sure it is for .08 and you are using .08
