Voice / Video Recording Software

So, anyone know any decent voice / video recording software for use with a PC? I'm thinking of doing a few YouTube LPs instead of having to alt-tab to do pictures all the time.

EDIT: Preferably something capable of eliminating (or reducing) background noise.

SECOND EDIT: If it's something I can record video on and then patch over sound, I'm fine with that, too.

It does not. Fraps does, I believe, though I'm not sure if the full version is free. Or free-ish, if a friend you didn't know you had let you 'borrow' it.
