legendary workshop options

Currently, you can get some weird things from artifacts, like chains of bone and beds made from gems. while having the more unusual stuff be easy to build would throw game balance a little, it would be nice if those dwarves with legendary skill could choose from a wider list of options. having both wider options for materials, and being able to choose specific materials to craft would be nice. this could probably be done most easily by adding another workshop list, which requires legendary skill to use at all (or being in a strange mood). the legendary workshops could have higher requirements in order to build them, such as a legendary forge needing a steel anvil at minimum, and workshops needing blocks instead of logs or stone.
