Selecting objects to be encrusted/decorated

Wouldn't it be better if you could select an object and then press a key to designate it to be decorated/encrusted? I heard the dwarf just decorates random objects

The closest object, not a random one.    And yeah, being able to specify would be groovy.

Even if we never get the ability to pick specific objects... we should at least have more control over what is chosen.I mean... I don't know about you... but I don't consider Pipes and Mechanisms to be furnature.

Oh yes please. It is so tiring to have to micromanage those masterpieces to the right workshop and get the right items encrusted. It's not like it's impossible but if you could select it manually would be wonderful.
