Uncivilized Race of a Civilized race?

Is it possible to get the game to generate an uncivilized copy of a particular race?

I want some of my custom races to have versions that just spawn in the world, but I want to avoid something such as a particular race eating the bodies of their wild cousins as they eat sapient, but not own species. This would happen if I simply made a copy of the creature with a different creature token.

Here's what you do:
Remove the [INTELLIGENT] tag and add [CAN_LEARN] and [CAN_SPEAK].
Add the [NOT_BUTCHERABLE], [BONECARN] tag if you want them to eat bones.
Be sure to add population numbers, frequency, and biomes.
