It's really a simple fight.

Bro uses his Phat Beatz as a thumper to get the sandworm to reveal itself. Then he cuts it in half.

I mean, really, Bro faced off against a guy who crashed a moon into a planet and destroyed two worlds. There's not much a sandworm can do against power levels that far over 9000.

But He'd need to know how to do it correctly. as mentioned above, Bro is no Fremen. thus he would lack the knowlege of the desert walking, and get eaten due to his rhythmic walking.
