Hi

I got few my valuable dwarfs beaten to death randomly. They die in the hospital with all their arms and legs smashed, already lost few of them like this, and i saw they all get their punishement reduced, lol wtf!!!

Anyway after a quick search it seam its the captain of the guard and his small squad of over trainned hammerdwarf that make justice!!??!!??

Can i be so stupid, somehow i fogot about all that justice stuff, and never sufered from it before.
I just put all those over trained guys in an other squad and gave a fat female with no fighting skill and procrastination tendancy the title.

Any comment?

Well... with hammerer it could be worse 
Just disband them and draft them all in usual army.
