Marksdwarf help

So I messed with marksdwarves and I have them working...sortof. But have run into a few problems, my squad captain trained for a while until he became adequate then up and quit and would never train again. Also whenever they go to pick up some bolts I recieve about 50 announcements saying that they cancelled picking up equipment because of a mismatch.

their still bugged to high-hell, until toady releases a fully working fix ur better off using other weapons

on a side note your spare crossbows and ammo make good traps
