NO a mouse is a different species a fancy rat and street rat are the same species it's just like dog breeds.

If it's a male, name the rat Harbinger. Then place it on top of other animal's heads and say ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL

If it's a female, name the rat Sovereign. Then claim it considers other rats to be nothing compared to it.
