LCS- Spraypaint not working?

Windows 7 x64 tried to spray up some of the crack houses and ghetto destinations but the spray wasn't doing anything. The "graffit" option was lit up and everything. Any known bugs?

*EDIT* Nevermind I'm an idiot. Was hitting the wrong key.

However, another question rises to mind. Can I move items (loot etc) from one safehouse to another? Like I have tons of Fine Cloth in a safehouse ripe for raiding... and I don't want to lose it.

push r to then 8 to move stuff between bases

Ahhzo, thanks. It is different since last time I played LCS (back in the 3.0.- eras)
