If we wish to take out this guy, we will have to do it in one fetal blow.

I was thinking more along the lines of this legendary champion, all clad in dented and dinged up steel plate, his blood-drenched axe slung over his back, a notch in the handle for every enemy that saw the swing of that blade as the last sight they ever saw, a battered shield strapped over his arm... and a fluffy, pink stuffed hippo hidden discretely in his breastplate.

Third, smack your wet tentacles against your robotic companion to try to wake him up.
If this fails, go look for the dog.
If this fails, get comfortable in direct opposition to Gentleman's orders.

reset and repair sounds like we would go back to our original role before we became adventure guy. I also assume we were created in this facility. I can also assume our role before hand would be to serve the people of the facility as well.

Assuming these things, I think a reset and a repair would be a memory wipe and a reprogramming.
