Pull the back wall lever, it might drain the sewage

It had a slightly different result each time
No it didn't. It simply replayed memories... but ours was broken(obviously, seeing as we have amnesia) so it did nothing but display an error message. Not to mention we REALLY shouldn't have attacked the gentleman. He could have helped us out quite a bit. And it couldn't have been THAT hard to reason with him.

Nah, we obviously need maintenance, so therefore acting irrationally, defending Oculoids and kicking Gentlemen into sewage is all completely in-character. character-appropriate.

And he did say some faulty shit was up with us. Seeing as the only data thing busted was our chip-thing (the arm is irrelavent), there must be a connection between our personality and that chip. The two must have a physical location right next to each-other.
Might as well keep the chip but don't install it, we may find a reader device to put it in instead

Don't bother with the chip yet; disable our monopoly man (disarm and disleg), then check on the hat thief. Probably has awoken and will be searching for an arm.

You guys haven't once been careful with what areas you're leaving open for others to mess with. It is unwise.

Imagine a cool peice of sky-blue and milk-white marble about 3cm by 2cm and by 0.5cm, containing a tiny 2mm malacolite crystal. Now imagine the miles of metamorphic rock it's embedded in that no pick or chisel will ever touch. Then, imagine that those miles will melt back into their mantle long before any telescope even refracts an image of their planet. The watchers will be so excited to have that image too.

Until recently there haven't been many people to mess with them.  Steal arms and legs off of Monopoly Man, but only give them to Hat Thief if he doesn't want to preform maintenance on us.  Put the memory chip in us, it was perfectly safe last time.

When Monopoly Man wakes up, ask them for assistance with reactivating hat-thief.

find a way to turn off the flow of sewage first. we don't want to go in there unless we really have to.
Pull the back wall lever, it might drain the sewage

You pull the lever on the back wall. Nothing happens. Probably these damn broken electrical wires.

Pick up the note.

The mining shaft hit some kinda big cavern today! Would be mad about having to re-plan the diggin’ but it was actually pretty cool :D It was fulla more of that magma-like stuff but this time there were trees growing up from in it, without burning up or anything! Feringus says we can use ‘em for something but I think it’s super exciting. I hope they turn out to be sentient… ain’t found nothing yet we could talk to. A man could go stir-crazy out here without some good conversation! ~Les

Steal his hat

The hat appears to have mostly melted into the sewage basin. Disconcerting.

Open up the panel.

You look up to figure out how to get Gentleman’s body out of there to see that he is gone as well.

Ew. What is this stuff? You’re pretty sure you don’t want to go in it one way or the other.

Show idol to Scree. How does he react?

You head upstairs and find Skree sitting on the couch in the living room.

Skree goes nuts as soon as you take out the eyedol, jumping around everywhere. It is actually pretty adorable.

check on the hat thief.

Must be stormy out again. The weather door is locked down.

While pondering what to do about this, you hear a noise from the other room.

Use wires from the other robocorpse to fix the panel after investigating the noise.

investigate the noise

You return to the living room to investigate and find Skree freaking out up on the ceiling.

Weird. What’s the little fella doing up there?

Oh.

Gentleman is here.
