silly question about rss feed

Greetings, you may find me a little bit newb but i dont care here is my situation, i just got a blackberry and i would like to subscribe to the rss feed so i can know as soon a new version, devlopment post whatever come out. Any suggestion on free program i should use and how to *subscribe* to the feed?
