Made a race of flying, four eyed, quadrapedic, bird people. They are pirates. Game looks amazing so far.

It took a while, but I finally managed to make a working city with a farm, a mine, and a couple of houses.

My first hour was spent in frustration in that
A: Targoss refused to talk
B: I didn't have the foggiest idea of how to forage, as I had no idea whether or not I just picked something up as I couldn't tell at ALL if that click did something.

Eventually, I discovered that
A: Targoss HAD talked. The game had just lagged out at that point and I had never heard him, and never saw his text about responding to his message until I ragequitted and logged back in.
B: The game's volume is, for some reason, really, really, fucking low, so I couldn't hear any sort of confirmation sound that I had picked something up.

This game hates me, I can get to the starship screen where you choose your character, but it freezes after it loads the planet.

Meh. I renamed it a bit, and we're good to go. I tried to give my race the Argonian look and feel. It's very laggy and glitchy now though. I'm gonna try updating my video drivers.
