the game predicts the easiest target for the ai to attack, considering .... boobs and sticks are external, they would count for limbs and aim for them as they are 'exposed', easy targets to cut off causing massive bleeding and death.

Serious answer to OP: You can mod them in if you want. The damage modeling seems to do okay without them though. It's not really necessary. DF doesn't model every organ and muscle either, only certain major ones.

The fact that someone doesn't use a term doesn't mean they think noone should.  Just that they choose not to themselves.

IIRC, Toady said he was worried about moral crusaders (here, in the US) finding out about the game and causing trouble. Some people don't need much of an excuse to attack video games, and allowing genital mutilation during combat would be a very easy target. So as to say.

Honestly, I can't imagine why Toady wouldn't want the moral crusaders getting all up in his business. Donations would triple, no joke.

Even more fun would be if a firefighting technique usable by half the population was implemented.. well, those that haven't had a certain severed part fly off in an arc.
