Did he get banned or something? If so, what for? I saw that in other games the topic he created, I couldn't click on his name to view his profile. What happened?

IMO he ascended to a higher plane of existance, along with another forumnite who also disappeared in mysterious circumstances (cant recall the nickname)

No, it's not the fact he has a girlfriend, it's that didn't shut up about it and kept acting like it was some sort of miracle. It was annoying.

I really don't care that Pathos is gone, and I pretty much ignored him when he talked about his girlfriend and such, besides some skimming. I just tend to not get involved with what people say about their lives, keeps me happier and I don't annoy people.

Also wasn't there a problem of Pathos' girlfriend jacking his account and doing some annoying things?
