A migrant just arrived at my fort.

His upper body is uninjured.
His throat, cheeks and eyelids have minor injuries.
His right ear is missing.

Every other bodypart is yellow injured.  Lower body, head limbs, eyes, ears, nose, heart, lungs, spine, teeth, joints, brain.  All internal organs.  Everything.

Yeah, look him up in legends mode, see what happened. Im guessing it was fire or dragonfire that got him but that does not explain why his internal organs are messed up.

He went to the hospital for a check-up.

At a guess, he was probably attacked by a helmet snake, which ripped his ear off and injected him with venom several times.

That or attacked by a titan with some sort of poison attack.

I think he was crushed by a cave in, which ripped open his skin and damaged the internal organs, then he went to the future with a time machine and got actual health care.

Now he's back.

Hmmm...

I looked him up in legends mode, and all I can find was that his ear got ripped off by a goblin. I can only presume the other injuries are from the same encounter.

In which case he was actually very lucky, because that goblin was utterly badass.

tl;dr: The goblin attacked a dwarven settelment and killed 28 dwarves (and wounded several others, mainly by ripping their teeth or other extremities off).  She then survived an attack by a minotaur.  Her "non-notable" kills total 52 elves and 1691 dwarves.

I've had a blind dwarf arrive at my fort once. He was attacked by goblins while they besieged his hometown. He did kill thirteen though.

I just looked up the actual battle in the legends history:

The Squeezing Assaults, part of the War of Thundering.
In the early spring of 176, The Key of Delights attacked The Dank Dread of The Sin of Boulders at Metterrors.  The dwarf Ingiz Giftglazes led the attack, and the defenders were led by the goblin Snamoz Breachedscourge the Faded Barricade of Silence in Metterrors.

A: 1880 dwarves, 52 elves, 1771 losses
D: 3 goblins, 2 trolls, 4 losses

Defender was victorious.

The dwarves signed a peace treaty afterwards ending the war.
