Slow day, few suggestions. My first time as a writer for a suggestion game so do expect errors in grammar, structure and other vital things such as expressions and objects replaced with a similar objects but actually have a whole different function. Short said, English is not my primary language. Also, the last input was more of a forced ending since no one had suggested anything for the past 30 minutes.
You have four crates of animals but have not taken a look inside yet. Do you want to or do you remember what they were, then specify.

Yes, you do remember what you had. They didn't reach your standard though so you decided to throw them in the sea. Now you have to find some new specimen to experiment on.

Walking around town you see homeless people lying around, begging for money or doing some shady things. In a light buld moment you decide to help the townies with charity. You tell the homeless that you have home they can use if they bring a friend. Those friends can only enter if they bring a friend, and so on. The rumors of a saint soon spread around town and homeless people comes in droves to your mansion. Your experimentation can finally begin.

Feeding the homeless are a pain but to endure it as they never stop comming. One of your first patients, subject A are called for a standard health check up. Showing up Sub A sits on a stainless steel pall and you start with the check up. Going on for a few minutes with a few "Hmm" and "Oh?" inbetween you decide it is time to break the news to Sub A that he have severe infection behind his ear. Sub A don't belive you saying he feels fine and you explain to him that this infection can't be seen or felt mainly because of the state Sub A is in. Meekly accknowledging the Saints wise words Sub A wonder what can be done to fight it. You take a shot with a light pinkish liquid inside, telling him that this will help him. Pulling Sub A's arm you start to inject the liquid into his arm and then give him a plaster. Sub A thanks you and attempts to stand up but you hold his arm still. Sub A is not to leave the room from this way but to the door behind you and take the bed labled A. He does so.
You now have Sub A: injected with a drug that increase aggression. Check him later for effects.
You have 299 homeless people left.
Now then. "Next!"
>Give another subject a drug that paralyzes. Leave him/her alone in the room with Sub A.
A new homelss person enters. Sub B have been complaining on the food you've given him and the clothes that don't fit and that he feel itchy and that the pain in his back is getting worse and...
You stop him before he can keep going. You tell Sub B that you only can help him with one problem at a time and considering the situation you tell him that the pain in the back is what you will help to allivate for now. You pick a clear liquid shot and tell Sub B to turn his back to you. He complies. You then start to inject the liquid from the lower part of the spine and then tell Sub B to sleep on the bed labeled B in the room behind you. He thanks you and starts walking. You nearly miss it but you do see that Sub B is walking a bit slower than when he came in.
You now have Sub B: injected with a drug that induce paralyzation. Check him later for effects. Looks like the paralyzation already started.
You have 298 homeless people left.
"Next!"
>You scratch your head. Strange you think, didn't they hear you? Thinking of checking out why noone comes in there is a sudden roar from the room behind you. Subject A has started- no, he is rage personated. The skin is dark red and his mass is somehow three times as much, with a body to fit it. He runs towards Sub B who is standing just before the bed, unmoving and then getting crushed by Sub A's giant red fist. A large pool of blood flows from the corpse and a louder roar is heard. He then sniffs and then turns his head toward your direction. You gulp loudly and quickly close the door and lock it tight. You are fortunate as you did build the mansion in reinforced metal as a base. The walls and door should keep Sub A inside with no problem.
You now have Sub A: A frenzied red giant that was injected with a pinkish liquid inducing aggressiveness. No real reports on time with only one subject.
You have lost Sub B but knows - atleast you think you know - that the clear liquid works well when shot in the lower regions of the spine.
You have 134 homeless people left. The commotion scared some of them away. But with time they are sure to return.

The result is astonishing to you. You can't remember that such quick transformation ever happened to the rats you experimented on. Sure they got aggressive but that took days or even weeks. Maybe, just maybe this liquid works way different on humans than on animals. Better to see by testing it on the rest. Maybe you let them loose in the city while you are at - no, yoyu don't do that, you decide to use your whole supply on the water supply instead. This is sure to be interesting.
Telling your subjects that you need some help you get all of them to volentair and carry 20 small canisters to the sewage disposal plant. You tell them that these canisters have a cleansing effect that helps the body to repel all kinds of harmful bacteria and virus and such. Few don't belive you but the majority of them do and that is enough. With them you start pouring the pinkish stuff in the water and you all see that the water turns pink for a quick moment only to turn back clear.
A few of the belivers happend to be Lawful Good, and as the saying goes, "Anyone who is Lawful Good is actually Lawful Stupid" you can see that those were word spoken with truth. These guys had not fully emptied the canister and were now drinking it directly. In larger quantities than what you had given Sub A. This can't bode well, and as you can see them transforming before your very eyes you make a hasty retreat back towards your mansion. The giants however are trashing about and roaring in pain and the homeless are running around and away as headless chickens. Then the giants starts bleeding from everywere, be it eye sockets, ear, mouth or even skin, but a few also starts melting as if they were made of rubber. Those unfortunately close enough got covered in the goops only to start screaming and flailing around even more. You couldn't understand why as you kept running but a logic conclusion would be that the giants metabolism made their temprature much higher than a normal person. You shrugged at the thought and ran.
Back inside your mansion you start to relax.
Sub A is still banging on the walls and the water now contains the aggressive inducing liquid. You have no homeless to experiment on and those that survived are sure to tell the townies about your deed. Even if they don't belive the homeless they will find the evidence sooner or later.
What now?
>Go to the store and purchase all the bottled drinks and preservable food they have in supply
No time to waste. Before the homeless have tome to act you are going to strike while the iron is hot. Walking down the street towards your favorite supplier "GenAll & Co." you buy as much of the bottled water, food on can and dry food as you can carry. The cashier looks at you funny but you don't care. You know what will happen if you don't hurry up. Paying her for the wares you start trekking back to your mansion.
Sub A is still banging on the walls but it sounds less frevent than before. You also have 17 bottles of water, 27 cans of asortted beans and alot of dried meat and cheese.
What now?

It is time to reinforce your defence. Bringing all your rations to the food storage you look around all time to find anything to work with. Unfortunately you live in a clean mansion and not on the streets and find nothing useful. But you don't give up, seeing as there is no sounds coming from the back room with Sub A inside. You quietly start to unlock the door hoping that there won't be a sound to wake it up and then just as quietly open the door. You praise the servants for keeping the door hinges oiled and smooth.
Inside you see total destruction, subject beds crushed, beaten, bitten and anything between can be seen but what terrifies you the most is that the walls now are exposing the reinforced metal. Gravel and bricks are strewn across the room and the pool of blood is now just a smear. The body is nowhere to befound and you don't want to think of where it is or what has happended to it.
The giant is snoring slightly in the mess but you figure that it is so tired that it won't wake up for a while. You take the chance and start gathering everything you can get to without going too far into the room. Aluminium bars bent or ripped apart you keep as trap spikes and bricks and the beddings you take for something you have in mind for later, no concrete plans for them and finally you manage to drag one of the beds on wheels outside the room and use it to transport everything. You almost forget bet as you leave the room you lock the door after you. Quietly.
You now have several pipes made from aluminium, not the best but it will do. Most are bent but there are many that are ripped and therefore very pointy. You have a lot of whole bricks but very little in cement, and it has been used. Sheets and mattrasses are plenty too.
You have access to the Kitchen - kitchen knives, cutlery, plates and home appliance makes wonderful improvised traps.
You have access to the Infirmary - Even more things can be found here, be it some drugs or scapels or best of all - Ranged Injection Bow, also known as a tranq gun.
What now?

Seeing as your supply of tools isn't the greatest you decide to do some quick shopping at the closest hardware store you know of which happened to be GenWare. You buy most of what you can see in the shop, be it handy tools or nails and bolts, whatever. You buy it all in great supply and add a wheelbarrow to the list, easing you load a bit on the way home.
As you walk back with your load you see people walking about doing their business. Then you see a man shoving another man in the back. They start arguing with each other and soon turn it into a fist fight. Those close by seem to get edged by it and start shouting to the brawlers and even more join in in the shouting and whistling. Before long a misdirected punch hits one in the crowd and everyone starts fighting each other. You quickly walk back with your wares before you too end up in the fight.
You now have a wide range of hardware ranging from tools to small things such as bolts and nails.
What now?
>Construct Defense of some kind
You start collecting all your usable items and sort them after usefulness as a trap component. The aluminium bars, bricks, nails and spikes with the bolts and other small metal thingies, your scapels and shots, the kitchen knives and the cutlery and the plates and the household appliances. Ho boy do you bring them. You start tinkering around with a blender, removing the safety thingie and work with the blades by boring holes into them. With that done you insert the pointy bars into the holes and put the blades back to the blender.
You then take the toaster and remove the casing, start to coil copper wire around the heating thingy and then press down the switch. With it done you bring out a tub made of plastic and start pouring water into it, just enough to get half full. As that is done you push the tub towards the entrance just close enough to not get hit when the door opens. Going back to the toaster you start to fix a thumb switch on a cord and then let it enter the toaster. You put the toaster into the tub and then plug it it.
With them done you take out the hand mixer and remove the blade. Instead of the blades you start to insert two of the sharpest scapels you have and then test it out that it can stab repeatedly. It does.
Making sure that you can protect yourself you take some of the silver plates and drill a few holes, over lap them with each other and then using some of the copper wire to fashion yourself a armor. Taking one of the iron pots as a helm and the pot lid as a shield you feel safer. If just a bit.
Of course, since this was a special mansion you had not only prepared it with a reinforced base but had also some few fall traps hidden around. While not lethal by themselves you do open up a few of them and start filling them with all kinds of painful items, such as bolts, nuts, cutlery, broken plates, china, bricks and then cover it up with a sheet. Yes, raged humans tend to miss suspicious things such as bed sheets over pitfalls.
You now have a spike blender, long range activated toaster toaster, a scapel mixer and silver armor with an iron pot and a shield. You have a few fall traps lying around the mansion covered over with sheets.
What now?
>*Boom* *Boom* *Boom* "We know you are in there, mad man! We know what you have done to us and we will bring you down." Interesting, it seems that there is no effect on the townies anymore. Maybe the drug got too diluted. *Boom* *Crash* "Oops, spoke too soon. Seems like they are stronger but are still lucid., Could pose a problem."
"Yes, good job. You have found me and now you are here to kill me you say? Well, that can't be easy for you. Doesn't anyone of you feel like you want to punch me in the gut or kick me in the head?" You slowly reach for the thumb switch for the toaster and switch it on when three of them walks in the tub. They are shocked and falls down but soon rise up again if a bit more crispy than before. You look at it and can't belive your eyes.
You take the spike blender and push on and then throw it in the midst of the mod, shredding people left and right but suprised yet again as the blender shuts down by the chunks of flesh, but with no screams to be heard you can only conclude that they don't feel the pain or that the pain is delayed.
Keeping them away by throwing the few sharp tools you had not used you scramble back up to the infirmary and pick your tranq gun. Inserting a special made clip for injection shots you stand at the stairs and start shooting drugs at them. Nothing of the drugs have a clear effect and you give it up and start preparing yourself with your scapel mixer.
And then you remember Sub A behind the back room. Running toward the door you listen closely before you open. The giant is still snoring and you have nothing to lure it out with - except for the dry food you have on your desk. But that is no ape and surely it would not be lured by dry food. Right? Then again there was nothing to lose.
Picking up some of the meat you throw it at Sub A. Nothing happens at first but then you notice that there is no snoring anymore. You throw some more of the meat and you then see the reaction you wanted. It is waking up sniffing the air and seeing the meat grabs it and makes it disapair. It sniffs again and turns towards you. "Ho boy." You throw the remaining meat towards the stairs and then hope that the giant will go for it and not you.
Sub A let out a roar and then charges toward the meat, stopped for a moment by the metal door frame but then keeps on charging. The townies that have now reached the top of the stairs are now staring at an unexpected enemy and attacks it. The giant fights back and start ripping them up like rag dolls and the townies stand no chance against it even with combined effort, stronger than average human strength and inability to feel pain.
As they fight you of course hide yourself inside the back room.
The fight last the whole night and half of the next day. As you peek out from your hiding you see the most gory scene ever. Townies ripped to shreds and blood splattered onto the walls and even the roof was no expection. Surrounded by all this gore is one survivor. You recognize him as Subject A, the first of the two homeless that you experimented on. But he is no longer a giant nor is he red. And then you notice that he is waking up. He stares at you, blank eyes with no emotions and drool hanging out from his mouth.
"Pa...pa...?" You smile, and pat Subject A on the head. "Yes."
