Smata Olzul -- The Realm of Legend [Ongoing Story]
« on: September 18, 2010, 10:33:41 am »

The sands of time bring close to all --
Cities razed, forests burned, kingdoms fall.

So dwell not on that end of ends!
Find the silver lining, friends!

Let us learn from those long past
the realm is lost, but the legends last!

Smata Olzul and Id Ibruk -- The Realm of Legend and the Rocks of Ash!

-------------------------

The Age of Myth, 999--

Queen Zulban Cudistcatten sat on her marbled throne.
The Rocks of Ash were much too small.
A decree was writ, seven dwarves brought forth
Honored Citizens and heavy drinkers, all.

A Miner, Carpenter, wood cutter, mason,
farmer, brewer, two cats for mirth,
a bull, a cow, and a damn good cook.
The Radiant Guard of Ralamud: STRIKE THE EARTH

It's probably made from baby bone, with a handle of baby leather. Probably uses the leg bones wound together for the handle, the pelvis for the handle/pick joint, and the pick is the spine.

But that's all in theory, of course. Not like I've made a pick out of my own 5 month old baby before.

I don't know, but I did a double take when I saw the name, because my last world in 40d was called Smata Olzul. Tell us more about this land.

Even if you have dwarves decked out in cotton candy they will still have fun with clowns.
