Custom Stockpile profiles

What it says on the tin.

In addition to the built-in stockpile profiles, allow the player to create and name his own profiles for the sorts that are recurring through his gameplay.

For instance, I very often create the following stockpiles:

-Bones & skulls
-Unusable, non-artifact finished goods, weapons, armor and ammo
-Rottable refuse (all non-bone)
-Meltable items
-Artifact-quality items

Et cetera.

Uniforms follow this type of customizability. I don't see why it couldn't be done. What would also be nice is having a player_pref file to save those for every game (custom stockpiles, uniforms, any kind of laborious settings).

I also read somewhere a person complaining about alcohol being cook enabled as standard, and I agree with him. Maybe we could add this toggle in the player_pref file too...

Yea I use a 5x5 layout for my workshops with a personal stash for each, and a variety of custom stockpile options, this would make my life so much easier.
