Ice and microline

DEMON1 : I WANT TO KILL THE FLESH CREATURES
DEMON2 : SO DO I, BUT I CAN'T REACH THEM
DEMON1 : WHY?
DEMON2 : THERE IS SOME BLUE STUFF IN THE WAY
DEMON1 : WHAT IS IT
DEMON2 : ITS EITHER MICROLINE OR ADAMANTINE
DEMON1 : SHIT
DEMON1 : LETS GO HOME
DEMON2 : BEING A FIRE DEMON SUCKS
DEMON1 : INDEED

And thus the demons left because they didn't know that hell had frozen over because of Dwarvern alcohol induced activities ingenuity.

The above post gave me an even crazier idea. You're on a freezing map right? So expose all of Hell to the air, then dump a bunch of water down there. Freeze Hell over!

You can channel Unrevealed semi-molten rock.
And you could send it down a adamatine vein.

Drain the magma sea into a bottomless pit.

Excavate the entire earth.

Use water from caverns to cover hell.

Expose to air.

Fun.

They will run, naked, into the caverns and roll around in whatever nearby filth is available.  Watch for gory explosions.

Or you could use a hacking utility for some of it or something. This has to be done somehow.

this gives me an idea. mod out SMR, then excavate almost every tile above the HFS. have a river in your map. wall the HFS off. then wait for winter.

FREEZE HELL OVER!

If I had a monkey, I would borrow my moms sewing machine and make my monkey a little monkey suit. Then if anyone said "Thats not a real monkey, it's just a monkey suit, I can see the zipper", I could say "I bet you fifty dollars it is a real monkey" and when they said "that seems like a reasonable bet, you are on", my monkey would take off the monkey suit and they would have to pay me fifty dollars.

I can't believe that this many posts have gone by without someone mentioning that you made demon soap.

Also, much scarier if literally clowns.

I would download the save and try to wall it off myself, but having had the experience of walling off the first layer of caverns in a 2x2 embark, I know for a fact I couldn't endure it. Massive respect to anyone who does manage to do it, though.
