I'm just going to ask, how long has Ezio been using this gun?
If he's been training for years, than the 100% accuracy think is a little more believable.

Depends on where in the timeline this Ezio is. If it's Brotherhood he's had it for over a decade, but he's gotten older and a little less agile. If he's younger he's had far less time with it, as he only go the gun about halfway through the game, maybe even further in than that.

Regardless of whether it's a game mechanic or not it's something that Ezio does, just like how he survives several-hundred foot drops into hay bales or how Armstrong survives blows that under all laws of physics would kill him (that being story mechanics, the developers simply making him OP for no reason).

Also, yes, Ezio has had it for over a decade but his agility has hardly diminished; if anything he has gotten better with experience. He shows absolutely no signs of his agility diminishing but he does get new technology to make him a better assassin and his combat skill and agility improve vastly.

I want to point out your odd vocabulary here. When Ezio defies the laws of physics you kind of shrug it off, but when Armstrong does similar feats you call it being made OP for no reason. Maybe you're referring to the actions of both of them as OP but the emphasis is definitely on Armstrong's actions.

Please, his signs of aging do slowly come to light over the course of the game. For one, he gets the shit knocked out of him at the beginning and very nearly dies. While he survives and recovers more or less completely, through the rest of the game based on his sounds and reactions you can tell it's much more strenuous on him than it was in his youth. And the tougher enemies are now extremely difficult for him. While before the greatest foes he faced (such as Rodrigo Borgia) were difficult but still no match for him in a prolonged fight, he now goes up against enemies that can beat him within an inch of his life (The Borgia Captains. Cesare himself sucked.)

What is the toughest enemy Ezio has ever faced? Maybe a half dozen of the Papal Guard? Tough, but I don't think he'd last an instant against the kind of stuff Armstrong deals with.

Here, for reference, is the Armstrong's toughest fight.

Part 1
An interim that the two-parter video missed for some reason. Sorry about the music.

The second part of the two-parter is mostly a team-up showing him and buddies beating the shit out of Sloth. Armstrong couldn't beat Sloth on his own, but he did some serious damage and remained on his feet, which attests to his endurance.

The reason I bring this up is to show that a bullet isn't going to put him down, nor is one knife, no matter where you put it. Before he goes down Armstrong's going take Ezio with him. And that is if he goes down which I still strongly disagree with.

I am starting to suspect that the island is too big, it doesn't seem as though most contestants have an effective means of locating each other.

Yeah, frankly to be honest, any of the immortal charachters could probably just find a pitch black cave to hide in (and dig down in it), and just wait till his opponent died of old age if they wanted.

Please note that I didn't mean that Armstrong's actions are OP and Ezio's are not, I meant to say that they are both OP for reasons of game/story mechanics.

From the videos (which were very entertaining, may I add - I must start watching FMA again) it shows that in a fight such as the one shown Armstrong would win due to his speed, endurance and strength. However, although he can survive many non-fatal blows it is evident that a blade or a bullet to the brain would kill him just like any human being. Although Ezio is good in combat, he couldn't match up to that super-human speed and strength so he would have to use instant-kill weapons such as his gun or, in a dire situation, the hidden blade/poision.

Honestly, I don't think this debate is going anywhere. We obviously have contrasting ideas of our opponents and combatants strengths and weaknesses. It would be a good idea to wait for a ruling by whomever is running this now (Ed-boy left, if I remember correctly).

I am. I'm leaning toward Armstrong, at the moment. I like Ezio, but honestly, other than his guaranteed OHK gun, he wouldn't stand a chance.

Armstrong and Ezio set off into the forest. Ezio somehow picks up Armstrong's trail and starts tracking the alchemist. Ezio gets close enough to Armstrong to spot him with eagle vision but, unable to get a clear shot off, circles around for an ambush. Armstrong hears Ezio's hurried movements and punches the ground, dropping half a metre into the earth and raising a stone wall between him and Ezio. Ezio ducks behind a tree and falls silent. With another punch Armstrong sends a statue flying into the foliage and charges in to the side of it. Ezio hears it coming, jumps to the side, and spins around with his gun raised. Armstrong saw Ezio jump and is on the assassin before the gun can be brought to bear. Armstrong punches Ezio mercilessly and Ezio never has a chance to recover...

I don't really know the characters so please point out inconsistencies with the characters. Also, if Armstrong has experience in guerrilla warfare then he may have learned some tracking skills, Ezio's abilities to find people are probably mostly suited to an urban environment...

The warfare mostly took place in a desert environment, I should mention.

In order to prevent what happened to the alien, let's say that everyone is told in their own language what they are to do. Otherwise, they could be told what to do in another language, or some people would be screwed not speaking english.

Yes, but the desert is still a better place to learn where to root out guerrillas than the city.
