Senri, he has many advantages. For one thing, he was trained by a tribe of people, far from civilized stuff, to survive. He then went through horrible trauma and went mad and amnesiac. He uses a bear claw(His Left Arm) to maul anyone who he considers a threat. He also can become a full bear +Anima, which if anything like the Giant Bee +Anima is No where near a regular bear.(I didn't finish reading, the manga was taken down!) This only happens when he loses his eye patch. And lastly he has a Falchion he rarely uses but is presumed to still be capable of murder.

The advantages that Senri has over Mudkip(I at least presume that these are his advantages) include his Size, his Strength, and his hands. He was trained to survive and hunt, so tracking is something he should be capable of doing. He should also be capable of setting traps also. Even though the scenery may be unfamiliar, he can still use his higher than average hearing and smell to his advantage.
Mudkip still has it's own advantages, like the fact that this is an island. Still depending on Mudkips level it can be stronger or equal to in strength to Senri. I still have my money on the Bear dude though, for obvious reasons.

It is basically a contest between physical power and magic power. The bear can rip muddy limb from bloated limb, while muddy will be shooting weird lasers or whatever at the bear...

How exactly does his bear transformation differ from a regular bear?

I don't KNOW! I never got that far that I saw his bear form, but I did see the Giant Bee +Anima, or was it just a giant bee? So many questions! ARGH! Okay for these purposes he will be a slightly bigger than average bear with Bear strength. Unless someone can prove differently than he shall be able to become a Normal Bear.

Presumeably he will keep his mind so he will be smarter than the average bear, too?

From the description it sounded as though it was mentally more like a rabid bear...

Well, Egbert has hammers. Very powerful hammers.

GDI Disc Thrower has armor and Disc grenades. Average armor and very powerful grenades.

Not really in mood to explain further.

Egbert wins, so long as he's using the Wrinklefucker or something better.

Well I know at least 2 things, the Shaving Cream Bomb can't do shit and the Disc Thrower is gonna take a few hits from the handheld hammers before expiring.

is he using the bunny's hammer?

He's dualwielding Fear no Anvil and Wrinklefucker. If he hits with Fear No Anvil, that's a stun - like a Chrono Trooper's effect, but not as deadly.

Also let's see.
In cutscenes they could blow up a steel SAM Missile site with one grenade, and plenty of not-anti-infantry vehicles take time in destroying infantry one-on-one.

Then again, GDI Disc Troopers have a very low life expectancy unless teamed up with others of their kind, a few light infantry and maybe a few vehicles.

And it changes on the Disc Troopers rank, when an Elite, they're pretty good.
Lieutenants and Rookies, not so much.

GDI Disc Thrower, of course. Unsupported, in a jungle combat scenario when they're used to fighting in urban environments, against a small opponent dressed in green?
