Yay, I loved this.... was only wishing that batdwarf had more activity in the story.

Also, can you really drop a chunk of rock through an aquifer like that?  I would like a new approach because making a ton of pumps and stacking them up with windmills attached is a bit time consuming.
Yes

While I love the artwork, I don't like the telling of the story as much as Bronzmurdered, (which is excellent.) I feel that it lacks dramatic tension of any meaningful kind, for me at least.

agreed, but it does nicely summarize many of the mechanics of the game.  it really feels more like a multi-page ad than anything else.  to be completely fair, it is publicity the likes of which would be very expensive if you had to pay for it.

This one was pretty good, but, yeah, bronzemurder was far better. Be awesome if he would create a book with all the best community forts and what not in the Hall of Legends illustrated :p I'd pay big monies for that.

*woops, i have boatmurdered on the brain*

Where boatmurdered was a story told with the assistance of awesome art, this one is awesome art presented with the assistance of a story.

Better? Who can say. Different? For sure. I'm just glad he keeps making these. :)

Are you meaning Boatmurdered or are you misspelling Bronzemurdered?

Your fantastic artwork has so far been the most effective way to get other people interested in Dwarf Fortress.

Magnificence.

Damnit I cannot... resist... being... correctional! Forgive me!

Boatmurdered.

Bronzemurder.

No -ed in Bronzemurder. I got them all mixed up myself for a while but now that it's straight in my head I cannot help myself.

Hello. My name is Indricotherium and I am a correcter.

EDIT: Misspelled Boatmurdered BoaRtmurdered. Hoisted by my own petard!
