I mean, of myself im pretty sure my urethra, if my cock fucked off to get a degree in psychology or whatever, would be pointing straight forwards more or less. It would be like when youre cold and your dick has retracted all the way in, but you cant reach in and pull it out, because there's nothing to pull out now, and no way to aim. It just perpetually aims forwardsish, because that would be the orientation of my urethra if my dick wasnt there.

I sincerely hope it cant get worse than that. Could that thing where it creates 2 or more streams happen as well? That would be an additional nightmare.

I'm sure Eric knows about that, but anogenital distance does make a difference! In the normal male configuration, without the extra tubing, you'd be pissing in a totally different direction from the normal female configuration. There's considerable deviation in both directions, but the distributions are definitely distinct clusters.
