Meetings While Paused

Another one for the "paused and designating digging" bug collection.
Can't find an identical report, so here it is.

Was designating digging and all of a sudden, blam, elf liason meeting popup about not seeing eye to eye.

Yeah, now that you mention it, I also seem to remember seeing a cat choose an owner while the game was paused. Same cause to a different problem perhaps?

Lots of things happen while paused.  It seems to be triggered by making designations.

Let's see, things that have happened to me while paused...

Merchants arriving
Merchant conversations
Births (livestock mostly, although I've seen a girl born while paused)
Skill increases for social skills (easily reproducible. Just designate with the mouse while paused.)
Ambushes

I'm pretty sure that there is a bug report up already, this isn't the first time I've seen similar things in the bug reports forms. :/

I wasn't using the mouse for this one, but yeah, I've seen that one reported.

Yup, I can confirm that it happened without using the mouse (trade liaison). I think I was designating stone smoothing at the time. Was really weird to hit enter then have that screen pop up confirming my order  :eek:
