What are the letters on left side of the screen?

I've got a red C, green H and blue S. What's that mean?

Tried searching for in the magma wiki but no luck.

They're Combat Reports, viewable by pressing [r].

C = Combat Report
H = Hunting Report
S = Sparring Report (Your military training)

Combat, Hunting, and Sparring reports. Press {r}.
