NEED MOAR GOBLINS

Goblins often seem to go extinct during my worldgens, and they're always fairly weak. Is there any (non-mod) way to tweak worldgen parameters to make them more common?

I currently ramp up the number of evil subregions, but that doesn't really seem to be helping.

Check the world gen cookbook thread for a history seed that has lots of goblins then gen a world using that.

There is some randomness involved, I basically just visually watch for goblin towns as much as is practical before accepting a map while genning.

Anyhow, yeah, all i can think of is ending Worldgen earlier, or finding a good Worldgen seed.
