Epic "Item Store" job cancelation spam?

Hey everyone,

I started to get this really annoying spam message:

"Urist McDurp, cancels Store Owned Item : Item inaccessible"

The same person will go on for "days" and then it will be someone else. Seems to alternate between 2 people.

No idea what that is about. D:

But yeah, I get that a lot myself. I don't know what causes it.

They've claimed something like a shirt or sock and are trying to put it in their room.  If you sealed off an area, it might be in there.  It's probably something a dead goblin/trader left outside if you sealed off your entrance.  If you can find their item, forbidding it should stop the spam.  If you can't, I think you can also forbid the cabinets in their room, that should work too.

I have the same problem.
Darn dwarf won't tell me WHAT he is trying to store.
Is there a way to find out ?

I had the same problem recently.  I had two dead animals in a pet-forbidden Danger Room.  They were spiked and killed, and everyone in the fort took turns trying to remove them, but couldn't get around not bringing a pet beyond the pet-proof door.  Check your door status, would be my suggestion. Check your burrows, too, if you have them on.
