Help, please

I got a mission to go to human  town and kill a devil named Ura, oddly enough when i arrive at the town the mayors place and the temple are reveiled automaticly, i have looked all over the town for this devil and i can't freaking find it! How am I supposed to find this this? I even began looking at every human I came accross to see if their name is Ura or something similer.

He'll probably be in the mead hall. Also killing him will probably make the entire civ hostile, just warning ya.

He was not in the mead hall, and it was his civ, includeing the warlord in his cities mead hall, who told me to kill him.

Sounds fun, I want to find him even more now. But as I said, I can't find him anywhere in the town.

Just wait in the Mead hall. Most people will wander in at some point during the day.

Maybe just go on a rampage, everyone will attack you. It should draw the demon to you.
