I've apparently managed to lose weight since the past 4 (or maybe even more than that, my memory is pretty vague on the subject) years (69 kg, or 152 lbs for dear citizens of the best country vs about 73 kg, or 161 lbs), despite feeling myself getting fatter during all that time. What is this bullshit.

It's probably both, honestly. Though, I've actually just remembered that like 6 or 7 years ago I used to weight 80 kg or some shit like that, so IDK. Maybe I'm just getting more efficient at breaking down and absorbing those nutrients, what with brain activity being fairly energy intensive and stuff.
