Toady tends to go between really fast bugfix updates, and a single really slow feature update.

Small updates tend to not cause gamebreaking issues. Pretty sure he warns whether an update will be gamebreaking.

From the list of bugfixes, it sounds like it would make your world more stable overall to carry it over.

But now i have to update my installation again! Damnit!
