IIRC when the kid was decapitated,  his head became a projectile and broke the jaw of the woman sitting behind him.

I honestly can’t read this. When I reached the section on injuries, I had to back out. I can’t believe this was happening to children! All they wanted was a fun ride, but instead they got crippled for life. How are you supposed to know that there aren’t more rides like this, where they coverup the apparent danger of it?
