You can't wish for wishes. Wish for a scroll of cure corruption or an amulet of life saving. Those are always useful.

Wishing for more pearls is generally a safe move, or certain magical artifacts. Just don't bother wishing for a grigori, the devs thought of that and put in a protective measure.

Whatever you wish for, make sure to specify that it be blessed, greased, +3 enchanted, and partially eaten.

I usually just wish for superpowers and such. I mean, I don't put much stock in wishes anyways, and the only way they'll be able to win me over is by caving to my ridiculous requests...

Which puts the wish fairies at something of an impasse, and that fact provides me with endless sadistic entertainment.
