I use Firefox's inbuilt tools to disable Flash, HTML5, third-party cookies and a couple other things unless I specifically ask for them. This has the side effect of blocking most ads, and the ones it doesn't are unintrusive enough to be fine by me.

So there's a tanning studio nearby that I was walking past today, and I noticed that the little a-frame sign they had outside stated that they were "Open from 0-24!".

...which, y'know, would imply that they're running on some kind of crazy 25-hour day. Now we know where all those daylight savings go to; they're being used in tanning studios!
