A d100 is basically just a badly drawn sphere. A d6 is at least a sensible form

D100 is also the D4 tho

D4 is only good if the entire rest of the run is garbo and you'd take literally anything else.

And to add injury to insult, the D4 that the lost starts with rerolls his innate holy mantle, because of course.

D20 is only really great if you plan on literally breaking the game with jera, blank card, and battery spam.  Usually there just isn't enough garbage on the ground to D20.  Guess you can delete pills from the game since they made like 75% of the pill rotation nothing or bad.

D8 is a slightly better D4 reroll, but chances are you get garbo speed or slow fire rate or something else awful.

D10... rerolls enemies?  Most of the time you can handle whatever basic enemies the game throws at you anyway.  If its too early in the game you get like endgame enemies and it sucks.

D12... rerolls room drops?  Meh.

TV Remote is kinda a reroll.  But the items that change your character also change what you unlock, so if you're gunning for post it note completion, those items are a waste.
