Banana flavor does not go with everything. If you're not specifically making banana flavored goods, considering a banana flavor to be a downside to using bananas as an egg substitute is a very valid point.

I played Hexen II with my dad back in the day... We cobbled together a LAN with just the two of us.

I remember us being on top of a wall when I turned around to ask him something and got to watch my character on his screen get fukken atomized by a flying sheep.

Update on bananaegg/eggbanana brownies: Batter tastes great (also probably utterly safe to eat: No uncooked eggs in them ), mixes well though a little lumpy with non-pureed (i.e. spoon mashed) banana, seems to bake just fine. Smells good coming out of oven. Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with them in particular just looking, other than being a bit thin due to using a somewhat oversized cooking pan, and uh, me fucking up and forgetting to non-stick part of the pan.

Taste is frikkin' on point, if I hadn't messed up prep et al these would be damn good brownies. As is they're kinda' funky looking, but still tasty as heck. You can indeed taste a little banana but it turns out chocolate banana cheesecake brownie is mildly goddamn amazing.

Also if it weren't for the dried milk in the mixture I think these things would be vegan >_>

E: Also along with the banana taste it was warned(?) it will make stuff that will be more moist than usual for the whatever. This is indeed true, ahaha.

Ah, and for reference, it turns out 1/4th cup mashed banana is about a half a banana, so one banana can more or less replace two eggs in a recipe. Good to know!
