People who made bonsai kittens should be pruned. With a cheese slicer. Three slices per hour, until they fit in a jar.

I'm curious as to how a tank would evolve. Would it climb out of the primordial ooze wiggling it's track-nubs, feeding on smaller jeeps before crawling onto the shore having evolved proper treds?

Don't worry, the original images at least were proven fake. Or so I heard.

We found a book cleaning the buro, published in 2021, some parc visitor must have offered it us, I imagine he was quite proud as we brushed it off and forgot about it. Well well well, I do not regret taking this home. 40 pages in I read about the autism and schizophrenia, of the autistic author's parents, the war, bastard children being burried in the backyard, "ethnical" conflicts, what doctor died of heart failure because of his amphetamine addiction after the war, and and and... What a fucking ride, all of it happening mere 20km from home, it's so fucking close to home it's actually not fully excluded the name of some relative 3 generations back might pop up.

wow holy fuck

it took three thrift stores, one general supermarket, and three clothing stores to find a plain white button-up dress shirt. The only two or three others I found were in sizes XXL or so.

I wear sized small but compromised for a medium, and then had to spend twenty minutes in line with a couple with no comprehension of pandemic personal space crawling up my ass while I'm trying there trying not to just fuckin' panic and leave.

Life protip- don't be a small man. General advice, shopping sucks. General observation, people are stupid. General wellness recommendation- make sure you eat something before you leave for your day's shopping, or you get to enjoy the wonderful combo emotion called misanthropohangrypaniclightheadedfrustratoverwhelmtionment.

I literally cannot remember the last time they sold pants in my size. I think it was like, 10 years ago, minimum. Being large sucks too.

Extra pro tip: Be average size. Then you can just buy things at normal stores for normal prices.

Yes, being enough outside average is a pain.  Clothing size inflation is a thing - last time I tried to buy sneakers/tennis shoes I had to go to the children's section.  I barely managed to find some "adult" hiking/work boots, but even though they claimed it was my size (and I buy based on EU sizing (cm) not whatever goofy US "size" means for shoes) it feels too large.

Trying to find dress shoes is equally painful.

Basically I agree with the sentiment "mass production is awesome, so long as you want the thing being mass produced."
