More evil/good terrain

I think worlds should have far more evil/good terrain made in world gen, as right now you usually only find a couple spots in the entire world that are either of these.

If you do a world gen with advanced parameters you can adjust how much good/evil terrain there is in the world.

My problem with good and evil terrain isn't so much how rare it is but because of how it works... it pretty muchs coats the entire north and south.
