Ducim Veiledmountain's blood paints the walls...
He never existed, and yet his blood is everywhere, even on corpses that are not his own....
Some say he died in the attack of the giant flying shrimp, and cursed this place for his remains were never found...
beware of Ducim Veiledmountain, lest he curse your fortress too!

Dwarf blood, he isn't on my roster anywhere (even in the list of dead), nor is he in the crypts. It's been happening since early in the fort, probably around the time the first forgotten beast appeared (a giant flying shrimp), it killed about 15 dwarves before my three militia members got a lucky crossbow shot off and killed it, most of them are buried, but I supposed its possible one was just forgotten....
