Keep it up haspen and soon Scotty is going to rig up some way to launch torpedoes from the cargo bay.   The cargo bay was rear facing on the origonal enterprise right?


Up against a beast tamer with 3 griffons 3 purple dog things and 2 cockatrice.  It doesn't look too hard, so I bring in my party as usual with a few lower level folks to help get them caught up.  With backup from my valkyrie.

Cockatrice have a high chance of petrify it seems, with a 4 tile AoE.  And petrify won't wear off by itself.

Snuck up behind someone and used a melee attack, instantly killing them in a nice little mini event. Then his friend, who had been hiding behind me in a corner unnoticed, proceeded to do the same to me and defib him.

Crusading around, send my army north to siege against the rebel city of Antioch, when the Fatimids decide to send a 20 unit full deathstack against Jerusalem. Because of this, Jerusalem was defended solely by my King and 2 units or pilgrims (overglorified peasant levies). Didn't even bother holding the walls, and the town square battle consisted soley of their army simply walking past my pilgrims as they dropped dead, before swarming my king and cutting him to ribbons.

I got a level 2 "security"-mission from a Federation Navy logistical station in a high security system. This mission required me to go to a low security system. I had never had trouble in there before, so I thought I was safe. Well, I jumped into the low security system and..

.. I was caught in a warp scrambler. With a 15+ player pirate gang surrounding my ship. It's an ambush! My "drone boat" cruiser I was flying is a slow thing so without my ability to warp away they destroyed my ship in seconds and killed me. Lesson learned! If you fly to a low security area, be prepared to lose your ship.

I was sneaking around a police station with a decent disguise on, but bumped into a conservative police dog who proceeded to maul my leg, and alerted the other conservative police officers to start pumping my chest full of shotgun pellets.
Turns out shotguns to the chest and head are lethal.

Trying to play me some Minecraft. Putting guard rails up on my mine shaft to bottom of the world, some good 110~ blocks of height. Sheep knocks me down it.

Shortly beforehand, re-visiting Dragon Age Origins. Assemble and gear my super team. Spend an hour meticulously managing the tactics screen so everyone provides support and success is maximized. Kill a couple of ogres, a dragon, feel real good. Party wipes when five wolves ambush us and fucking everyone runs straight into bear traps.

Learned that my opponent is foing magic damage which negates my armor Ive been vuilding the whole game. No wonder I was losing.
