Two bugs I count as little :
In adventure mode, I was coming back to the town when, in the very middle of the desert, I found a lungfish. On the ground. I mean, on the dry ground, there was no water miles around.

Also, at the inn, I accidentaly hit a merchant. I didn't have the text asking confirmation, I just moved toward him and broke his arm.
Seems like I was really drowsy.

If you select to channel a floor that has nothing under it, and the floor collapses in the process, the designation remains flashing on that level even though there is no floor. It can be easily removed though.

Smooth Limestone walls, when fortifications are carved into them, become Silt Loam Fortifications. If mining them out yeilds silt loam underneath them this could be exploited to make a floor soil without the hassle.

I had a weird lungfish too. It was swimming in my fortress and periodically disappearing like it was moving into blocked space around it. Sort of like how the vermin in the previous version used to behave. At least it didn't kill any dwarves.

Minor display/naming bug in the world generation process:  When at the parameters screen, choose to enter a custom world name, then start the generation.  Cancel it partway through and go back to the parameters screen but this time choose to use a random name.  Generate again.  The world name will have your old custom name appended to the front of a new random name.  This doesn't seem to go away with anything except restarting the program.

Aborting the game from the "Prepare for the Journey" screen causes Windows to pop up a dialog box saying "dwarfort.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close." I've tried it several times to make sure with different worlds. It doesn't do it on the screen where you select a location though.

I'm on Windows XP SP2 if that's needed.

On finnish keyboard you have to press ; and : to go to different levels insteads of <and>, which seems rather silly for going up and down..

I bought a tame Large Roach, Moghopper and Cave Swallow from the elves. The first two show up on the animals list for adoption etc, but the Cave Swallow doesn't.

manager is still a bit stupid (or is that related to skill?)

multiple craftshops.. each assigned to a specialist only - wood to 1, bone to the other, etc.

got manager to order a bunch of bone items.. and the bone jobs appear in wood carving hut only..

though strangely.. the bone carver complains  there aren't enough bones but the woodhut is still unoccupied and is left wasting away

eventually... the bone hut gets some orders and the bone carver works away.. but the wood hut is still screwed until manually removing the jobs

Smelting tetrahedrite into billion bars produces 2 bars for each unit of ore. This doesn't make sense because why would you smelt it into one bar or copper/silver if you can make 2 bars of billion.
