The great adventures of Doctor Urist
« on: November 27, 2010, 09:46:16 pm »

SPOILER ALERT: IT PROBABLY SUCKS AND IS MOSTLY A PRODUCT OF ONE HOURS BOREDOME!

Hey, I'm working on a text based adventure game, hopefully it turns out well, the prolog is mostly finished, I hope to update it to contain more fun exciting ways to die, it's about a hours work in now.
http://docurist.webs.com/ is the website.

It's website based because I'm still learning to code in XNA and figure this can be my first project, this is more of a way for me to organize the ideas for the game I plan to base off this.

Feedback is welcome, especial if you want to suggest or help out.

I won't be accecpting donations until it's up to the quality I want it to be and even then I don't think I'll accept them in any way nor expect any.
1 hour's work go!

Noticed quite a few grammar and spelling mistakes I'll fix later.
Next update plans:
Better option set after leaving class, it won't stop there.
fixing many spelling or grammar mistakes.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves.  The obvious solution is to chain the baby up at the entrance as a kobold detector.

Apparently because I am using a free web service I cannot have more than 20 pages. Too bad for you, you'll have to bare with me while I figure something out or finish learning to code in XNA, unless there is a better way to create text based adventures, oh like that one with the navy and the dragon, what was that called? Oh well I frogot.

Due to unforseen consequences I have to figure out a better method of creating such a creation, good thing, creating new pages was tiresome and monotonous.

I recommend Zymic for hosting for unlimited pages or 000WebHost.com for 1.5GB of space and 100GB of bandwith per month, for free.
