So, I need to make a final decision weather or not I want to change jobs.

The new job will pay me double my current salary once I prove myself, but will have loads more responsibility, as well as a boss from hell.

The current job pays crap, but it's steady, and most of the people are okay when they aren't being immature children, and it's not very stressful for me as long as I ignore all the drama that goes on.

Responsibility is not a bad thing - on the contrary! If you shy away from responsibility you'll forever stay a blue-collar worker (Well, the modern equivalent of a blue-collar worker. Potato, potato...)

Actually, I'm technically going from white collar to blue collar, since I have a desk job right now, but I'll be managing a factory.

I don't fully understand the rampant hatred against 4chan and other chans.

Sure, I guess they can be constituted as backwater cesspools at best, but the wizards over there have, at worst, questionable ethical values. They're pretty normal people that function as such, they just have the anonymity granted to 'show their true colors!'. But that's not for all of them, however.

Most people that go there just make rampant amounts of tongue-in-cheek statements about murder, robbery, and less savory crimes, as publicity for being a member of 'the worst site in the world' flatters them. Nonetheless, they only make such statements because they can. It's offensive, that's undeniable, but it's not serious.
