My ADHD is similar to that. In my case the only symptoms I retained into adulthood was short-term memory issues. I completely lose time sometimes.
Funny you should mention that; I do actually have ADHD. A condition characterized by a chronic lack of dopamine. Somehow, I have psychotic symptoms (a weaker diagnosis than psychosis, which in turn is weaker than schizophrenia), a condition which, from my rudimentary understanding, is characterized by too much dopamine.

I don't know how these apparently contradictory conditions can exist in the same person, yet, here I am!

Have separate outside clothes and home clothes and change as soon as you get home. (Was surprised a lot of people don't do this already.)

I don't think laundromats are still open, so I'm not going to wear extra clothes. I already have nothing clean to wear, and likely won't for months.

Our laundromats are still open.

They are in fact essential for people who do not own washer/dryers.

Yes, but my city is run by the kind of liberal who thinks anyone who makes less than 6-figures is the enemy, so laundromats aren't essential to anyone who matters. Doubly so because council is racist as shit, and laundromats are mostly located in non-white neighborhoods.

If you own a bathtub, you can use it to handwash your clothes and line-dry them inside. Not nearly as good as a washing machine, particularly since you probably don't have a washboard or wringer, but better than nothing.

If you don't own a bathtub, you can do some good with a sink. Not as good as a bathtub, but better than nothing.

If you have a lot of free time and likely, little space. I recommend small loads and frequent washes/dryings.

...People could wash their clothes before washers and dryers were invented, ya know. All you need is something resembling a clothesline or rack.

Yeah, I plan to wash shit in the tub once the humidity drops. I've seen what appears to be mold growing on fungus because it won't stop being wet here.

I liked the stop-motion look to them (if I remember correctly, it's been a few...decades).

A few of them do use stop-motion, like Ænema and Sober. Others just mess around with funky framerates and generally surreal visuals like Stinkfist.

And then there's Vicarious, which is just... A great big bunch of CGWTF.
