In-progress/newly built channels display several times w

Minor bug, but when a channel is designated to be built, or after it's built but before it's been used, it will display "Channel Channel Channel etc." when loo'k'ed at.

Yeah, it's showing the channel tree, but it shouldn't.  We've talked about this before, but I didn't create a bug report for it back then.
