Tablet PC Input Panel?...

Windows 7.  On the left side of my screen, a minature keyboard is peeking at me.  There's also a new extra large tablet pc icon on my tray, and I can't seem to get rid of either one.  I didn't even turn on whatever this feature is.  How do I turn this off? :/

Thanks, that worked, although my computer had to restart twice to make the above changes o_O  Turns out my brother turned it on 'cause he thought it was cool or something.
